CAPABILITY WITH A DEFINED SCOPE

Manufacturing Capabilities for Molded Product Programs

This page lists capabilities supported by current site information and project workflow. Equipment brands, quantities, press ranges, tolerances, certifications, and process limits are confirmed for the specific RFQ instead of published without evidence.

Product idea, engineering, mold design, tooling, and molded-part workflow

Engineering and tooling

  • Injection molding DFM and moldability review
  • Prototype and production tooling strategy
  • Mold design review, tool manufacturing coordination, assembly, and trial
  • Single-cavity, multi-cavity, family-mold, cold-runner, hot-runner, slide, lifter, and insert concepts where suitable
  • T1 sample review, controlled corrections, and release milestones

Injection molding

  • Prototype, low-volume, pilot, and production injection molding
  • Common thermoplastics including ABS, PC, PP, PA, POM, TPE, and appropriate engineering plastics
  • Plastic housings, covers, structural components, functional parts, precision features, and transparent parts
  • Material, color, process, inspection, packaging, and repeat-order planning defined by project

Secondary work

Confirmed projects may include texture or polishing, painting preparation or finishing, printing or marking, suitable joining methods, hardware installation, component assembly, functional checks, and shipment preparation. Compatibility and supplier scope are confirmed before inclusion in a quotation.

Equipment and software disclosure

Specific machining equipment, molding-machine range, inspection devices, software versions, production limits, and availability are shared when they can be verified for the proposed manufacturing route. No unsupported equipment count or tolerance claim is made on this page.

Evidence available during review

  • Relevant process and part images cleared for use
  • DFM views and mold-design outputs appropriate to the project stage
  • Sample, dimensional, material, or inspection documents included in the agreed scope
  • The contracting and production entities identified in the commercial documents

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are machine counts and tonnage not listed?

The current public evidence does not support a precise list. The equipment and capacity proposed for an RFQ are confirmed before the customer relies on them.

Can you support both prototype and production tools?

Yes. Current site information supports prototype-to-production tooling and molding; the selected tool construction and production plan are defined per project.

Can I audit the manufacturing route?

Discuss the required supplier qualification, evidence, remote review, or on-site arrangements during the RFQ so they can be included in scope.
