This policy explains how information submitted through startupmolding.com is handled. It should be read together with any NDA, quotation, purchase order, or project agreement that applies to a specific manufacturing program.

- Project information such as part descriptions, quantities, materials, finishes, markets, timing, messages, and uploaded files
- Technical and usage information generated by hosting, security, consent, analytics, translation, and form systems
- Communication and project records created when we respond to an inquiry or perform agreed work
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether a project is suitable
- Prepare DFM, quotations, tooling, molding, quality, delivery, and support activities requested by the customer
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations

RFQ files and confidentiality
Uploaded project files are intended for private manufacturing review and are not published as media-library content or intentionally indexed by search engines. Access is limited to people and service providers involved in operating the site or evaluating and performing the requested work. If your policy requires an NDA before disclosure, contact us before uploading confidential files.
Service providers and international handling
The site uses WordPress and Elementor and is hosted through Hostinger infrastructure. CookieYes supports consent choices; Google reCAPTCHA may process technical signals to protect forms; Microsoft Clarity may be used for consent-controlled analytics. Project information may be reviewed by the China-based Startup Molding team and approved manufacturing participants needed for the requested scope.
Retention, security, and your choices
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, project records, security, legal, tax, contractual, or dispute purposes. No internet transfer or storage system is risk-free. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to identity verification and records we must or legitimately need to retain.
