PROJECT RFQ

Request an Injection Molding Quote

Use this form for a specific plastic-part, tooling, or molding project. The more clearly you define the current revision and decision, the more useful the initial review can be.

Hardware product path from idea and CAD through prototype, molding, pilot production, and packaging

Before uploading files

  • Use the latest STEP or STP model and identify the revision
  • Include a PDF drawing when tolerances, inserts, finish, or inspection points matter
  • State whether material, quantity, annual demand, and timing are requirements or estimates
  • Remove unrelated confidential information; request an NDA first if required by your policy
  • Do not upload personal, medical-patient, export-controlled, or other unnecessary sensitive data

What happens next

  1. We check whether the submission contains enough information for a useful review.
  2. We identify missing requirements and the most appropriate next service.
  3. Where suitable, we prepare the DFM, tooling, molding, quality, and commercial scope for quotation.
  4. No tooling or production work starts until the applicable quotation and approval requirements are accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which files can I upload?

Use STEP, STP, ZIP, or PDF files within the form limit. Put related parts and drawings in one clearly named archive when helpful.

Where are uploaded files stored?

They are handled through the site’s Elementor form workflow for RFQ review and are not intended for public display or search indexing. See the Privacy Policy for handling details.

Will submitting the form create an order?

No. A submission requests review only. Work begins after scope, quotation, terms, and required approvals are accepted.
