  • Remain responsible for final-product design, validation, certification, labeling, and market authorization

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Are website lead times guaranteed?

No fixed lead time is promised on the website. The applicable quotation and approved project schedule define timing for a specific scope.

Which document controls a tooling project?

The accepted quotation, purchase order, NDA, quality agreement, and any specific project contract control according to their terms.

Need project-specific terms?

Use the RFQ form to identify the project, then request the commercial and confidentiality terms that apply to that scope.
